At times, we even have an applicant waiting list for properties due to multiple marketing sources, many different locations (often) available simultaneously, and momentum from being in the business for nearly 10 years.

Our team goes through consistent and ongoing fair housing training to ensure we treat each person we interact with as an equal in every way. We also periodically invite staff from nearby fair housing offices to visit and keep us aware of any policy changes, etc. At Stewardship, we don’t just treat everyone equally because it’s the law, we do it because it’s the right thing to do!
